There are a lot of high end and expensive real estate properties in Malaysia, like The Robertson, Jalan Robertson in Kuala Lumpur which is priced at around RM2.3 Million. There are also alot of good property developers in Malaysia such as https://www.edgeprop.my/project-outlook. The Robertson is located in Bukit Bintang. Aside from this property, there is also Segar Apartments project outlook, Ceriaan Kiara project outlook, and also Teratak Muhibbah project outlook. This area is where the exclusive apartments and luxury malls are located and very close to some of Malaysia’s very popular street food areas and nightlife. The Forest City in Johor is also on top of the highest priced property at RM3 Million per unit. The location is very strategic because it is situated between Malaysia and Singapore. So if you want to own a property in two countries, this place is the ideal property for you. Although these properties boast luxury and urban lifestyle, my ideal place to live is still in the countryside.
I love going to the beaches, whether it is balck sand or white sand as long as the water is clear and very inviting to swim, I would really love to stay in that place for a certain period of time. Going to the beach is also my way of relaxation especially if I had a very busy and stressful week, the beach is the best place to dislodge my stress.
I now have three kids but they are still very young and I have been thinking what is the best place to retire for me. At this stage of our married life, we are still in a stage where we work hard for the household expenses, the kids education and other expenses. So investing on the very expensive property is not yet our priority because we are still paying the amortization of our house. But we are saving a small amount from our income to buy our ideal retirement place. We are currently living is a 3 bedroom bungalow house which I loaned in the bank and we still have 15 years more to be able to fully pay this house. I like where we are currently living but I had some thoughts that when you are older you prefer a more quiet and less congested place.
Me and my husband had a discussion about our retirement place and we both agree that we want to live near the beach. My husband also love the beach and so as the kids so we always go there every now and then, especially if there is a special celebration like birthday promotion or just anything. A small 1000 square meter of beach lot is fine but if there is a bigger area and can suite to the budget is it much better. I also like a native looking exterior but the interior must be modern. I want to have more rooms as much as possible so that family and friends who visit has a good place to stay in the house. I would also make sure that my kids have their individual rooms in our retirement place. So that they can visit us with their family anytime they like. If you want to consider a place to retire, Penang would be a good choice. Check out The Oceanview project outlook which is located in Penang. Besides that, The Suites @ Waterside (Straits-Quay) project outlook would be a great choice as well as it is nearby the city. Johor would be another option for a place to retire. A few properties that are great to retire is Pangsapuri Ria Apartment A Pearl Tower project outlook, Leader Garden project outlook and Halaman Kristal project outlook.
